and no i haven’t used ice, some girls do though and said it worked for them xx

Deep freeze sports once patch! Super thin very cool and cold and minty and don’t chuck them put them in the fridge and use next day it’s heaven saved me they are from boots and some super markets I think 🙂 not chunky they are as thin as a nicotine patch 🙂
