So i am 14 weeks post op today. Apart from the odd pain in my left breast all well although i do hope that’s normal after this long?
However my skin on my breasts is constantly breaking out in spots and my pores look clogged.
I have used exfoliating mits and all sorts. I even have break outs on my back. After never suffering with spots it’s really getting on my nerves now.
Anyone else similar or can offer any advice?

    Thank you x x

    Hi there

I seem to be covered in spots to just on my face and the odd one on my boobs and a couple on my back! I’m 35 and don’t often get spots but seriously I have spots a teenage boy would be proud of! Not a good look! I wonder why this is?? X

Are you putting bio oil maybe too much or too often? Or maybe not washing it off before applying more? It’s very rich and only need smallest amount. Just a little thought for you. The enlargement opens pores and brings any clogged pores to surface, this is the explanation that I can think of? Xx

As above ladies. Just keep washing and keeping dry to prevent any clogged pores. Seriously after 16 weeks should this have cleared up. It is as if its where my bra goes the spots are. I wonder if it’s because they are constantly in a bra now and even at night.
    thank you x x
