Incisions rubbing!? Started by: Cascada

    Hey girls! After a pain free day after my op yesterday, been rather uncomfortable today! :/ feels like my sports bra is rubbing on my left incision! Don’t know weather to try switch bra’s but only had my op yesterday and had no strapping and they’re very very far apart so not sure if its too soon to start messing about with the other bras! Proper uncomfortable though! Xx

    Hi hun if its irritating your incisions its best to change bras a quick change will be fine you dont want it rubbing on your incisions x

    Since having my plasters off at my post op I told the nurse I was worried incase my bra rubbed on my scars so she gave me some gauze patches to put under my bra on my scars and Ive wore these since then and changing them everyday and my scars are healing well, Its just acting as a layer inbetween the bra and my scars so I do recommend them x

    Hey hun don’t worry about changing bras, the nurse suggested its even fine to give them an hours breather a day if the sports bra were suffocating me, make sure you’re comfortable honey get them babies chilling 🙂 xx
