    Hi Guys..about to book my surgery for Dr Gonschior soon..Basically have a bump on the top of my nose which i want removed so my nose can run smoothly down with a little curve for a nose which would more suit my face..I’m an 18 year old guy but i’m looking for opinions on Dr Gonschior’s rhinoplasty patients and whether he did a good job or not? Please guys this would help me feel reassured!

    Yeh course, I’ll accept you now. It’s changed loads over the months and even more since the last pics on there so you’ll get to see how much it changes once swelling calms down! X

    Wow your nose looks amazing! Pretty much the exact same result as what I want! My nose looks very similar to yours before-op. Did you have open or closed rhino? And did he change your nostril size or do anything with the tip of your nose?x

    Thanks 🙂 it took a while to settle but I’m very happy with it now!!
    I had open rhino cos I wanted the tip shortened in proportion.. So that’s what he done with the tip and my nostrils chaged slightly as a result..
    Are you having open or closed?x

    Well the bump going is my main priority but i’ve always wanted my nose to sit a little closer to my face as the tip is quite bulbus and non-symetrical when you look at it from the bottom.. What do you think i should go for?x

    Yeh bump was my main priority and then I started focusing in the tip!
    If you want a lot of changes to your tip then he generally will have to do a open surgery, once you explain to him what you want done he will decide what surgery will achieve what you are looking for!x
