So just had my one week post op appointment! So pleased with my scars 🙂 was worried about looking at them incase they freaked me out but they look good! I’m worried my sports bras will run them, does anyone know of it’s specifically sports bras we have to wear for the next 6 weeks, I know m&s do a range of post surgery bras, can we wear them?! Going to try find one that doesn’t sit on my incisions tomorrow! Any recommendations?! Xx

Yeh I had an m&s zip up one but there’s not an m&s that sells them near me so I ordered one off the Internet and its way to small! Breast band?! No not even heard of that :/ had no strapping or anything lol it’s strange how different the post op advice varies! Lol xx

So Weird! Maybe I have to wear one coz I had the teardrop shape? Its just a band that goes accross the top to help them settle in their pocket, so I’m told. But never heard anyone speak about them on here!! Hope u find a comfy bra xxx

Hmm yeh I thought about getting the macom one, wasn’t sure what size to get, normally a 32 back but wearing a 36 atm with the swelling! But don’t want to get a pricey 36 back and then my swelling goes and it’s too big!? Lol decisions decisions girls! Xx

Anna I had a chest band with first teardrops I had its to help encourage the implants into the pocket, mostly used with teardrops I think. How you doing? X

My nurse advised me to get the debenhams shock absorber bra. It’s soooo comfy and doesn’t rub anywhere it shouldn’t! My m&s zip bra rubbed under my arms and on my incisions it all depends on personal preference and body shape. Apparently one with adjustable straps is best and it should be really supportive. X
