Eeekkkkkkk, infected incision???? Started by: RachelH

Ladies, the incision on my left breast healed very slowly compared to my left, had quite a few big scabs but left them alone, after my shower yesterday one of the big scabs fell off but today on checking them, where the scab had fallen off I have a large yellow raised area surrounded by bright red skin? It looks and I do think its infected? What can I use on it or do I need to go to my doctors for some antibiotics??? This is the only real problem I’ve had so far?
