I’m 3 days post and having a lot of trouble sleeping propped up! Just wondered if anyone had any tips?
I’ve tried alsorts but just end waking up in agony with my back and chest!xx
Have you got a neck pillow? I had 2 normal pillows then 2 v pillows and a neck pillow sounds a lot but it seriously worked! I’d say invest in the neck cushion works wonders xx
I second pillows and inflight neck cushion. I used to be a front sleeper but even at six weeks still like to sometimes sleep with my neck cushion (also handy for when reading or watching movies on my laptop in bed 🙂 ) xxx
I was in agony with back ache & a hot water bottle on my back really helped!!! Just dont fill it up too much as you squash it when you lay back on it lol ask someone to massage your back aswel? that helped relax the muscles everynow & then x
