i had 365 cc unders and needed e sports bra so i would say go for the d cup there will be swelling to start with aswell anyway, i know a few people got two sizes and took back what they didnt need x

no its fine to add me 🙂 did you get the back size the next size up to ur normal back size? your first bra after op will be more comfy if its a back size bigger as ur feel bloated after the op to start with 🙂
your go down to ur normal back size anyway and i needed around 5 different bras all in all as you need clean one on daily once the stiri strips n stuff are off and you have to sleep in them to so u kind of cant have to many sports bras haha
