Hey girlies! I’ve seen a few of you wearing zip up front sports bras just wondering where I can get one please?? Also, I’m hoping to be a large C-D cup after my op so what size do I get…a D or do I need bigger because of swelling? X

Marks and Spencer’s do a few, some are quite pretty too, in the support bras section 🙂 I’m going up to a C and was told to get a C and a D sports bra to accommodate for swelling and so I can change x

Hey hun iv just bought a macom (stretches from a-g cup) and then a zip up one from marks and Spencer’s in the size I’m hoping to be for once the swelling goes down! Hopefully that will keep me going for the 1st couple of weeks anyways xx

Thanks both of you 🙂 isn’t it going to b really difficult getting a normal non zip up sports bra on and off to start with though? As you can’t lift your arms up? That’s why I wanted a zip up. Ill have a look in M&S this weekend though thanks 🙂 x

I thought that too but my PC suggested turning it around and doing it up at your front – around your waist, then just twisting it round and wearing it normally x

I thought most sports bras just went over your head and didn’t do up though, but to be fair I’ve never been big enough to even wear one so what would I know! Haha x

Yeah I don’t really know either lol but both the macom and the m&s ones do up at the front xx
