Hi all, I’m seriously considering having the BA op, I requested an appointment and got a call pretty much straight away on Friday. The lady could only give me an appointment of the next day (Yesterday) which for me is impossible to just drop everything and go off to London. I wanted to make an appointment for the first free Saturday I’ve got (6th July) but she said that they don’t do appointments that far ahead, anyone else had this problem??

Yes, we can only schedule up to 10 days in the calendar and only one Saturday in advance.
If you send us a private message with your full name and contact details we will make sure that you will be called back to rearrange closer to the July 6th.
