I had full profile as I had some tissue already. Extra full will just give you a fuller look at the top of the boob as well but it won’t look unnatural, especially as you said you have skin there to be filled, even if your boobs aren’t full there is still tissue there to plump out 🙂 If you are really worried maybe ask to speak with the surgeon, he comes to see you before your op, but if you are worried about them being too big or full then mention it to your pc as he might be able to bring smaller sizes in when he sees you. Most girls, including me wish they had went a little bigger or higher so I think you’re going to be happy with the results. If you told him natural, thats what you will get. Overs have had a bad press in the past but a lot of surgeons are trying to change that perception xx
