I never had a v pillow but I piled up pillows behind me and put one to either side like a nest 🙂 I also used a neck pillow to keep me on my back and take the strain off my back and shoulders. Actually quite a comfy sleeping nest 🙂 Im normally a front/side sleeper xxx

Sleep tight hunni, hope it works. Oh, and get a neck pillow – look like a weirdo but quite useful 🙂 xxx

The meds*

I’ve been taking some laxative stuff since yesterday morning but still bloated and nothing happening 🙁 never wanted the toilet so much lol. How you feeling today babes, you sleep any better xxx

Aww girls I think sleepin was the worst part for me. I ended up on the couch every night! I’m 2 an a half week post op an started sleepin on my side again at 2 weeks. Only a few more nights and its worth it. I used to take the pain killers just before bed as it knocked me out Abit lol. I had bloating even after the toilet!! Seriously looked about 6 month pregnant. My stomachs gone down now though, back to normal. Back/shoulder/neck ache is the worst, ask someone for a massage, really helps 🙂 xx

I haven’t got strapping on mine babe, just my stitches are covered and in a support bra. Hope they feel better for you soon chick. Had quite a bit of twitching from my muscles today so hoping that means they are starting to heal? Have you tried ice compress on them Hun? That helped me first day or so. It’s amazing having boobs isn’t it, it still doesn’t feel real, have to keep looking down to check they still there haha 😀 xxx

Thanks Kara, glad you are healing well 🙂 cant wait until I can drive again, feels strange not being able to..day 4 is tomorrow so fingers crossed everything feels a bit more normal, although not in too much pain now just slightly uncomfortable..got a post op appointment tomorrow and another on 26th (due to dates the nurses are in the clinic) so hopefully they will tell me that things are going well so far 🙂 mind if I add you hun? Xxx

I am so jel that you girls don’t have this horrible strapping on and can see your lovely boobies already 🙂 thanks for the ice advice Cheryl thst definitely helped frozen peas are my new best friend haha! Bless you jenna I had another bad night but feeling a lot more mobile today so hopefully through the worst. hope recovery is going ok for you girls xx

Which one safe you waking mines calls lactoluse solution or something like that, reminds me of golden syrup the taste does, it’s yummy, but don’t seem to be doing much lol :/ xxx

Hopefully it’s not too painful for you when they take it off hunni, not too much longer to wait until you can see them 🙂 I. Aso at the notts clinic, went in today to have my dressing changed, as she told me also that the nurse isn’t in again until 26th June :/ didn’t realise you we’re at he notts one too babe 🙂 I’m pooping myself at the thought of having to go to the toilet as I last went at the same time as you Sam, think I will cry when it finally happens lol xxx

Yeah that’s her Hun, she is lovely isn’t she 🙂 do you live Nottingham way the I take it 🙂 it’s a long way to go isn’t it just to get your strapping off so can see why your going to docs instead, bet you will feel more comfortable once the strapping is off too babe 🙂 xxx
