Morning ladies! Well I was 7weeks post op yesterday- where has the time gone!! I’ve been sleeping on my side for the last week or so but my boobs feel achey in the morning when I do? It’s not painful, they just feel strained. Has any one else had this? It’s mainly at the top where my muscles are- I had unders, maybe that’s why? Not so much worried just thought maybe i shouldn’t
sleep on my side yet if its feeling like this? I’ve got an appointment with my nurse and surgeon next Saturday so ill ask then, I just wanted to see if anyone has/is experiencing this xx

Morning!! I have now been sleeping on my side for a good few weeks sometimes I wake up and they feel achy but then other times they don’t I think its really something that will probably fade with time and you will wake up soon and never be achy :D…… But yea speak to Nurse and surgeon and see what they say about it 🙂 I think though after 7 weeks it’s not gonna be a case of shouldn’t sleep on your side, I think if I had to sleep on my back any longer then I did I would of gone clinically insane! Lol xx

I guess it makes sense if you think about it as your implants are pulling downwards while your on your side sleeping. Are you wearing a really supportive bra at bedtime? I found the same thing happened with me, I’m a side sleeper too and we had pretty big, heavy implants!! X

Since I read this post earlier mine have been aching. Defo think its from sleeping on side. Gonna make a point of sleeping on back tonight like old times haha. Welcome back v-pillow x x

Hiya ladies, I’m new to the boobie club, only had my babies done on Friday 😀 lol. When would you say you can start sleeping Normal as sleeping in an upright position is driving me bonkers, i find my back, bum and legs ache quite a lot in the mornings due to sleeping like that :/ can’t wait until mine settle and look as fab as all yours do. Hopefully wont be too long 🙂 xxx

I think you’ll know when the time is right but I think it was about 3 or 4 weeks in for me. Sometimes I wake up on my front recently and ouch that hurts!! Like a mega achey feeling. I’m 7 weeks post op. xx
