Back off holiday..brown on front ..milk bottle back..implants impossible to lay on your front!!! Started by: emma

Yeah standing with your back to the sun sounds a good idea but in theory you’ll really want to get on that sun lounger. Take a pair of scissors and cut 2 holes out on the sunlounger…joking…. Honestly if i’d have had two holes just to sit my implants in on the sunlounger I’d have laid for hours on my front and had a lovely tanned back!!. When you go for a back massage at a beauty salon the bed normally has a hole to place your face in soooo why not sunloungers!!! Ah well better slap the baby oil my back on next holiday!!! xx

Its only the first week after BA its recommended to sleep on your back Proped up by a pillow. I must admit I like to sleep on my front but it is uncomfortable on my implants..they ache a bit!! Everybody is different though you may sleep fine on your front with your implants. I’ve a fairly new bed though so maybe my matress is a bit too firm at the moment.

OHHHHHH Yes soooo glad!! First time round(1st BA) when i woke up (I had 340ccs under the muscle of 32a fried eggs) I thought wow how big are they!! What a confidence boost…it was the best move I could have made at the time..beleive me!!
Now 10 years later i have 700cc’s (had 2nd BA with MYA June 2009). I know sounds big but after 10 years what was a big looking 340cc became normal. I got so use to my 340ccs and went to MYA to see if I could have bigger. 700cc was the maximum I was allowed (under the muscle )as I had no room for over the muscle. Mind you i was grateful Mr Singh the surgeon at MYA agreed that I could have a bigger size to be honest as wasn’t too sure due to my small frame.
IV’E ”MAJOR” bra buying problems at the moment with the bigger implants .. it was much EASIER with 340cc’s.
Good luck with your BA..any questions just ask ,keep me posted….get practicing sleeping on your back!! You’ll love your new boobies !!! The only 2 things which were a nightmare for me after my BA was sleeping on my back and having to wear a sports bra for 6 weeks(ohhh they look lovely, very bridgette jones). Trying to find a sexy sports bra was hard…I found the shock absober bra which was not too fuddy duddy and it came in red!! Yes a red sports bra..mind you it still didn’t make the earth move hehe!!

Hi Adele,
I started a discussion a while ago but its a few pages down about sleeping on your back. I’m a bit of a wriggler when I sleep so after my BA in June I harly got any sleep at first as you have to sleep propped up with a pillow on your back!!! Nightmare!!!…Bad tempered or what!!! I neeeeeeeeed my sleep. Now 12 weeks on I’m sleeping on my side but my implants ache in the morning!!! ARRRGGGHHH The price we pay for vanity!!!hehe xxxxx Maybe I should try a hamock (not sure if this is spelt correctly!!). Mind you I wriggle that much in my sleep I’d probably fall out hehe. Maybe I should invest in a water bed at least that may mould in to shape around the silicone!!!
