Hey, good luck for tomorrow 🙂 Everyone is so different and the same implant can look different on people too. Your surgeon will decide on overs or unders depending on how much tissue you have and on the size of implant you choose. Try taking some pictures in of the types of boobs you have seen that you like and just have a chat with him about what you want from your surgery. I just wanted natural fuller boobs but had no idea how to go about choosing an implant so I let the surgeon tell me which ones would achieve the best look and he got it spot on. I love my boobs, they are exactly what I asked for 🙂 xxxx
