Hi girls I have been told I have to wear a band for 6weeks after as I am having under the muscle .. I haven’t really seen anyone mention it on here just wonder if anyone has had it and how annoying it is .. As I don’t think I will b able to wear vests or lower cut tops :0( x
I had to wear a band after my op and I was quite surprised too as I just presumed I’d be in a sports bra.
I asked the nurse and she said the maximum amount of time I would have it on was 4 weeks but I saw the nurse at two and was allowed to take it off then so it’s a bit rubbish you’ve got to wear it for 6! Who’s your surgeon?
I’m afraid it is quite uncomfortable and annoying and they do come quite high up so I struggled with what clothes to wear for the first few weeks especially when the weather was nice! x x
I wasn’t told I needed a breast band but when I woke up after my op I realized my sergeon had put one on me. I had overs and I think its just to push the implant down and to help them drop quicker, I wore it for 9 days then I was told to take it of x
