I was back riding at 9 weeks once I saw the surgeon. I just make sure I wear a really good sports bra and try not to do too much sitting trot. Sometimes I wear two to make sure 🙂 It would be quite difficult to fall directly onto your boobs 🙂 but they shouldn’t rupture, they are designed to take quite a bit of force. I would say if somehow you did, then get them checked but I’m sure they are quite sturdy 🙂 xxx

Is your horse very bouncy? Or is he/she quite smooth?
One of the horses I ride is so bouncy in canter I feel like I’ll be catapulted out the saddle every time he changes leg haha. I think a couple of months until you’re back in the swing of things, just incase they pull on the reins or something xx

I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t rupture, laura told me that the implants r tested to withstand extreme pressure so if u were to be run over by a bus say, u would be squished but your boobs would still be in tact haha xx

Ha ha, that made me laugh Charlotte 🙂 Tough ol boobies 🙂 I find the horse is fine, quite smooth, just detest sitting trot. I waited until the surgeon gave me the all clear as I didn’t want anything like being pulled etc to do any damage. I really strap my boobs down and don’t find they bounce about too much, no more than when I’m running really xx
