    Hi Everyone

    Had my Ba at Highgate yesterday my admission was for 11am although i arrived an hour early ,was taken to my room 205 within 10 miniutes of arrival,Mr Singh came to see me at 11.30 am and advised me to have the 525cc implant as i was very unsure and also ordered the 460cc ,i was really concerned they would be to big!But as he said i am 5’7 size 8-10 spending a lot of money i really should come out with something to show for it LOL did’nt take much to convince me,and he knows what he is talking about so went with it,he said he would be ready for me by 12.30pm a nurse came to collect me for theatre at 12.20 pm and was back in my room by 13.45pm.
    I was not nervous and to be honest there really is no need to be,i just kept telling myself it’s after the op i’m going to be in pain so would deal with it then,but i’m not in pain discomfort and limited movement that’s it at the mo,i had sleeping tablets last night and slept like a baby!
    I have to say Mr.Singh straps your boobs up so it looks like u have two cones lol
    The staff at Highgate were fantastic nothing was to much trouble and Mr.Singh i have nothing but praise for him he is fab.
    I have had a 3 and half hour journey home that i was dreading but it was fine,can’t wait now until Tuesday to take the tape off to see how they look.

    Sorry forgot to mention i was wearing a 34B the sports bra i have on today is a 34 E ?

    Congrats Tracey, glad it all went well, remember to get plenty of rest and dont overdo things…..(easily said than done, believe me! with 3 kids and 3 ponies i had to get on with it) enjoy your new boobies, im 3 weeks post op now, and its the best thing ive ever done for myself(apart from kids), confidence is growing by the day, you wouldnt think a new pair of boobs could make such a diffrence. Take care and happy recovery x

    Congratulations to you ,i really can’t wait for the day when i feel more confident with my shape ,i have a boy frame lol well i did! And was desperate to look more curvy can’t wait,you must of found rest hard with 3 kids and 3 ponies! we just have to get on with it though lol what size implants did you have?

    Congratulations! How are you feeling and healing? Sorry to be nosy, but are you happy with your scars? I have my consultation with mr singh on monday and am booked in for 2nd oct! can’t wait! x

    Hiya Tracey,
    Congratulations on your new boobies!!! I had Mr singh he brought 2 sizes of implants also to the hospital to decide on day I went for the bigger of the two. I was never strapped up though (it was a 2nd BA though not sure if that makes a difference??)…1st BA I was bandaged up like a mummy!! I found Mr Singh to be a fab breast surgeon also and he seemed to be very accurate in predicting what size i would need and would be post op.
    Are you happy with the size??..bet your glad you went for the 525cc’s.

    Hi Weeze

    I don’t mind you asking anything ,Well i am feeling great in myself i am sore and my skin is feeling quite tight but it’s all expected really,at the moment i have very thick tape going across the top of my chest and under, then up between clevage and my nipples and a bit of boob pointing very forward lol he told me i didn’t need to wear a sports bra as this acted as one, so i have no idea how the scar looks have to keep this on until Tuesday I did put a bra on for my journey home for extra support though I will keep you posted but he is a very good surgeon.

    I’m not sure if I have a lot of swelling but i had asked him to make me look more shapely as i hav liitle bum and very small hips and before today very small boobs lol but the first thing I said to my husband was how glad I was that I took his advice and went for the 525 cc as I love the size they are now :-)
    That’s strange you didn’t get strapped up maybe as it was your second!

    Hi Tracey,
    Thats great!!
    I had 340ccs under the muscle of a 32a for 10 years (32c after). This year I saw 2 surgeons at MYA the first said a 525cc would acheive the look I wanted. I wanted an E/F. I also saw Mr singh who said a 525cc would not make much difference from the 340ccs I already had and I would be disappointed he suggested a 615cc or a 700cc. It sounds big but having a 32a to start with I needed a big size to go up to an E/F. I had heard also beforehand that Mr Singh was an excellent surgeon when dealing with bigger implants. I’m not saying he specialises in big boobs but he was the only surgeon who seemed to really understand what look I wanted to acheive. On the day of surgery I said ”please squeeze the 700cc in”, he said he’d see if I had room. Woke up with 700ccs under the muscle .. they dont look huge just fill under my arms more. Fit an F bra but they look an E. 2nd time round ..no drains..no straps yipee. I have a little bum, size 6 ,5’7′ so the boobs have made me look shapely which I’m pleased about. Its always better to go bigger as you get soo use to your boobs, bet the 525cc’s look fab!!

    Thanks Emma god 700 cc that does sound big but like you said you were after a look and he gave you that, i think he is amazing and awsome at what he does,I thought that with 525cc I was going to be to big but to be honest I am really pleased I took his advice, I have to give it to him he really knows how to acieve the look each individual asks him for .

    Hi Tracey,
    Yes If I’d have had less than 600cc it would not have acheived an f/e. Its a good job as when I was told a 525cc would be ok by another surgeon I would have not known any different .. I always go by my first impressions I was 100% happy with Mr Singh when I saw him..so booked BA straight after.

    Let me know what size you are when swelling goes down.

    Hi Celest’e

    When i was on this site leading up to my date and reading how girl’s were commenting on there was really no need for the nervs i was thinking ye!
    But I have to say there is absolutely no need to be nervous, i just didn’t think about it as it was going to happen and i wouldn’t be awake, just try and think of how happy your going to be after:-)
    The pain i have experienced is bearable and nothing that 2 pain killers don’t cure,although mine were over the muscle, i have had no problem sleeping but thankfully i purchased a v shape pillow it’s been my saviour.
    I am 2 weeks post op tomoz and loving my new boobs:-)

    Hi Tracy,

    It’s the comments made by others, such as family members that’s starting 2 get 2 me. This forum is really uplifting and very helpful, especially ur comments.
