My family/bf just think i am having an uplift n tht my boobs are big and so big that they r saggy! I live such a huge lie everyday and it kills me lying to my family. I have been with my bf two years and he is still with me even though i have never let him see my boobs. I tell him its cz they r saggy, not that they r tiny. I wear lots of gel inserts in a 34F bra and get dressed in private. I started with less inserts and gradually added more and got bigger bras (1 size every three months or so) after i had my son who is now aged 7 so that it would seem like id developed big breasts but over a believable period of time…so that nobody knew. I am not ashamed I’m having surgery but I am ashamed of my breasts in comparison to my tummy and bum cz I am a size 14 bum and 10-12 on top. I am also very ashamed to be living this lie for so long tht I can’t even tell them now.
