    I have woken up today with a banging headache and sore throat.. Feels like a cold 🙁

    Does anyone know what medication I can take like painkillers? I know you can’t take aspirin. Is it best to ring my pc? Also if I have a cold will they still do my surgery? X

    If you don’t have other symptoms like fever then they normally don’t mind going ahead but make sure on the day you mention it to the nurse because it can be dangerous. As long as they give you the all clear then your good to go, I had a nasty cough on the day and she checked me out and said I was fine for surgery xxx

    Thanks Hun.. Just emailed my pc to see if she can check for me, feels like anannoting head cold 🙁 x
