    Hey. Ok so my surgery is booked on the 23rd of july at Droitwich hospital and im so exited I can’t wait!
    Buy I do have one issue. No body knowes about my sergery other than my parents and my sister. I hav not told my friends or work colleagues about having rhinoplasty. Its kinda embarrassing! Obviously I cant hide it , someone is bound to notice , and what do I say then?
    I was thinking of having a new hairstyle and colour so that if someone says I look different I can just say I have a new hairstyle haha.
    Am I just being silly should I tell people or not? Who knows abouy your sergery and how did you tell them ?

    I was terrified of people knowing but I thought f’it!! I just casually put it on Facebook acted confident and like it was no big deal and people were curious but no one was negative and if they were I had millions of arguments in my head! X

    I’ve hardly told anyone either, just gunna tell people as and when I see them after my op xx

    I told people gradually, i didn’t care who knew or what there thoughts were, but i’ve not had any bad responses which is good 🙂 even told the little old lady in my corner shop ha ha!! x

    You have nothing to hide, you’re doing this for a reason and more importantly you’re doing it for yourself! Just come out with it i told literally everyone i was that excited lol, other peoples options shouldn’t matter.. it’s nothing to do with anyone else what you do with your body/face not as if it affects them in the slightest x

    Its nice to know im not the only one whos scared to tell people . And your right im doing this for myself and mo one else, I shouldn’t care what people think!
