Already dreading not being able to exercise after the op! Anyone know if its safe to use a vibrio plate after a week or so? X
I tried it after about 2 weeks but it felt awful and I couldn’t use it! Only you can tell how you feel, everyone is different x
I’m glad you asked this as i have a vibro machine, and can’t wait too start using again! x
