How long do i have to sleep on my back 10 days post opp x
I’ve been sleeping on my back since 10 days po, the nurse said I can keep taking it down a notch from 10 days. I was sleeping upright but ending up on my back anyway x
I started sleeping on my back at 7 days then by 10 days i was sleeping on my side 🙂 x
