    I’m now 1 week post op and wondered if u am able to sleep without a supportive bra on? Say like a vest instead, my back and shoulders need a break… x

    Sorry to break it to you.. You’ll need to sleep in that supportive bra for 3 months I think. 6 weeks until you can wear a bra.. Mayb try and buy a looser one. I got an m&s medium impact and its very comfortable … xx

    Think maybe I’m wearing a size too small… I was never advised what size I’d come out as so went for 34D, larger back size and 3 cups bigger, however 34 seems too tight x

    My nurse told me I could sleep bra-less after my 6 week check x

    I took my sports bra off to sleep most nights & my boobs are absolutly fine lol.. My back needed a break too!!! xx

    i got told at my 6 week check i could sleep without a bra and i have been doing! i think it is best to keep it on until the 6 weeks though unfortunately! but it does come round so quick! x
