    Hey girls got my op next week and have been told I won’t have any strappings/ bandages on after surgery.
    Know its silly but really scared about this as it sounds really exposed and think would have preferred to have the bandages.
    Just want to know when I wake up will I be naked waist up or will they have put the gown over me and when do they put on my sports bra? just scared if all exposed and I am a funny shape and hubby and mum there too!

    Who’s your op with? I got told on Friday at my pre op i might not have strapping too! don’t really know what to think haha

    be happy ur not having them lol i had them first time and they were awful.
    i was allergic to them so told mr singh this before my re op and he didnt use them, didnt seem to be a problem x u just wear a good surgery bra instead

    Yeah have invested in black and a white macom and a good old m&s zip front sports bra xx

    You will be fully covered when you get back probably under covers too. I didn’t have any straps it bands and it was fine wore a m&s post surgery nana looking bra and it was super supportive x

    Hi i didnt have bandages just tape over my scars! After s little while the nurse came to help put my macom on me! I prefer it i like having a peek and i feel cleaner! Xxx
