Bra before 6 weeks but no wire bit push-up??? Started by: ROSIE

    Im nearly 5 weeks post op And getting bored of sports bras so I bought like a soft t-shirt bra from m&s and cut the wire out its slightly padded and a bit push up I was just wondering if I’m ok to wear this all day at work? I have it on now and it feels a bit funny after wearing Macon for 5 weeks like my right boob is aching a bit but not painful just achy. Just wanna check I’m not doing any damage wearing this before 6 weeks!?! Xxx

    I have been chopping and changing my bras (also 5 weeks) haven’t worn any push up or padded just cotton support ones x

    i wouldnt wear any push up or padded really i would just wait another week in your sports bra untill 6 weeks then wear normal ones, your not allowed to wear underwired till 8 weeks though but dunno about push up ones1 X

    I got told that wearing a push up bra will cause your boobs to ache and possibly be painfull. Depends if its worth it for a night out but not just for work. Better to be safe than sorry x

    Thanks for the replies girls had it on a few hours and they are REALLLLLLY aching so changed into a sports bra. Bought one just in case and given in to the achyness! Hope I’ve not done any damage already!! :/ deffo worrying about every little thing! Xxx
