Hey girls! new to Mya although been reading your posts for a good few weeks now and desperately needing some help.

Im a 32a at the moment and looking to go BIG

I liked the look of the 525cc (CUI) although, i prefered the feel of the responsive implants. So im now looking into gettin responsive implants in the same size as the 525 cuis.

after looking at the dimensions of both implants it seems the 525 cui is much smaller than the 525 responsives in terms of Cm, and is more on par with the 495 responsives)

basically my question is this: if the 525 RESPONSIVES have bigger dimensions to the 525 cui, are they completely different sizes, although they measure the same in CCs.

If i know I want 525 cuis, should i be asking my prefered surgeon (who only offers inspira implants) 495 responsives?

this is all so confusin and my brain is frazzled! does anyone know how it works?

Hun I can’t help really, I’m having 415 soft touch naturelle on Friday. I’d say your best to have a chat with surgeon at consultation as they can answer all your questions. Xxx

Both are good implanta but i chose naturelle as I beleive they are more expensive for a reason (more thoroughly tested and your lifetime guarentee against rupture not just 10 years lifetime of implant like cui) and cui are less filled so more chance of rippling. some surgeons say that there are no dofference but why when you are paying all that money save around £400 on the lesser tested less fuller ones? my surgeon told me to have naturelle too. the lifetime guarentee obviously doesnt cover the cost of the operation if one ruptures but it does cover the cost of the implant whoch i got told is around £800 and if they ruptured in the future (I hope theu dont) im sure they will only get more expensive lile everything else xx

Responsives have a texture more like memory foam ( thats how it was described to me) but sorry don’t know about the sizing.

You are right the same size cuis and naturelles…the cuis will be slightly smaller as less filled x

They will both be the same size, 525 grams but they will both differ in width/diameter & projections.. I know the cuis only come in high and low projections whereas the responsives come in low, moderate, high & extra high! My guess is that the cui will have more width across your chest and the responsives will be slightly narrower but will have more projection (how far they stick out) xx

yeah i always had my heart set on the natrelle range cos i thought they would look more natural but after seeing some pics of CUI can believe how good they look. does anyone know how natural CUI feels once theyre actually in? i remember thinking they felt the same as soft touch, but tbh i was concentrating more on the responsives!

obviously id like the bigger size but im strugglin to find surgeons who will go much bigger. so far ive been offered 460 and tbh i wasnt happy at all! especially cos my starting size is so small.

Hey romy! yeah thats what i figured too but the natrelle range actually measures bigger in the width and projection

i was wondering if i gave you the exact measurements someone would be able to clear it up for me…

The 525CUI has a width of 12.7 and the projection is 6.2 …. but the 525 Natrelle’s width is 13.0 where as the projection is 6.3. not a massive contrast but im scared this could be the difference between cup size. does anyone do if that little change could change the end result?
