    My left boobie is so bruised its horrible! A really yucky yellow colour. It’s a big bruise from underneath my nipple to the bottom of my boob! Any tips on helping the healing? X

    You could try taking arnica tablets Hun can get them from boots xx

    Hey Hun I took arnica tablets the whole way thou and had no bruising it really does work xx

    Thanks girls, yes I used ice packs for the first few days. I think it’s from the uplift and the removal of my breast tissue to even my boobs out. It is pretty nasty tho! Will try the arnica tablets thanks 🙂 x

    Mine is the same C, although not too bad now it’s because of our type of surgery it was quite harsh and invasive, it’ll fade by itself in due time! xxx

    Just had a look at ur pics Danielle, yes my bruising is very much like yours! I was shocked when I had the dressings taken off today as they haven’t been too painful! I wonder how long it will take to fade. Are u using ice packs ? X
