    i’ll be 4 weeks tomorrow can I do any sit ups and light jogging? I will ask my pc but its abit late atm just wondering what you girls done! im desperate to do some sit ups xx

    I’m three weeks an I’ve done sit-ups… Did try and do some cv but felt like my boobs were jumping all over the place so I stopped lol x

    im having withdrawal symptoms like I could literally get down and do 300 sit ups without stopping haha, xx

    I am anticipating massive withdrawals from the gym! My pic said after 3 weeks could use the treadmill and cross trainer xx

    I’m 4 weeks PO and I’m doing ab exercises and treadmill (with a VERY supported sports bra!!!!) and cross trainer :)xx

    Wow how are you lot so ahead of meeeee 🙁 I’m 7 weeks post op nearly and I tried a little jog the other day in 2 shock absorber sports bras and they were agony!!! I had small mol any overs with no complicated things nd I’m sooooo behind!!! 🙁 feeling like a fat porker!! Dxx
