Hi girls. I had 445 medium profile overs done by Mr Chantarasak on Tuesday. I came round at midday at was back to my room about 12.30. After being shifted from the op bed to recovery bed I was a little uncomfortable and while still drowsy I was given a shot of tramadol (which was lush!) I felt fine for the rest of the day and when discharged at 6 (could have gone at 4.30 but hospital room was nicer than the hotel I was going to so wasn’t in a rush) and then went for a mooch around Brent cross shopping centre! I felt so well.

I slept fine the next night and was barely even uncomfortable yesterday. I only took 3 painkillers in the 19 hours between when I woke up and went to bed, instead of taking 2 every 4 hours. I cannot get over how little pain I’m in. The 3 hour drive home yesterday was fine, didn’t feel the bumps in the road and was perfectly happy with a pillow between me and the seat belt.

I honestly felt a hundred times worse when I had tonsillitis a few weeks ago where I just wanted to curl up in a ball and sleep til I felt better. Right now (44 hours post op) I feel almost 100% fine.

Wow Tori, I aspire to have the same reaction to the operation! Mine is booked for about a month’s time – it’s going to be a long wait! Do you mind if I add you?

Tori they look amazing! What cup size were you aiming for? It’s really making me question what size to go up to. I’m a B now and I came away from my first consultation thinking 325CC but I’m thinking definitely bigger now. I’d like to be a small D cup. I have another consultation in a couple of weeks, taking in lots of pictures of what I want!

Hi Caz, I expected a DD but I’m not sure they’re going to be quite that big as I tried a DD on today and it fits but I’m guessing the swelling will reduce and may make me smaller. But for me it was less about a particular size and more about just filling out the loose crepe papery skin after having the kids. And I think the 445s have done the trick. I basically followed Mr C’s guidance in size, tried them on with my PC and then allowed the surgeon to make the final call on the day as they’d ordered 415, 445 and 450.

I’ve added the pics of me trying on the 445 mediums which I’ve had and the 450 fulls. I think the extra cm projection of the fulls is too much for me and Mr C said having the medium which were wider would fill the skin better.

When I’d seen a different surgeon and done the rice bag thing I would have only gone for a 400 and thought that might have been too big so I def recommend trying the sizes with your PC and following your surgeons advice.

Whatever size I end up I know they’re going to be so much better than the deflated droopy mess they were before!

    Hope that helps xx
