    Hey girls!

    Wanting to buy a Macom bra online as ive seen all the good reviews – just not sure what size i would need to buy. Im currently a 32B, having my op in october… I know with some PO bras they tell you to go up a back size or two due to swelling…… Is that the same with these too? Xxx

    Hey, these are really stretchy stick to the same back size hun. They are the most comfortable post op bra ever xx

    You don’t have to with a macom apparently but I did and mine fits fine. Not too tight but not loose. Just right. But I really don’t think it matters with the macom cause they stretch. Good luck 🙂 x
