    I started bout 2 days after I no it’s wrong but cudnt do it n iv been fine xx

    Noooooooooooo Meesh don’t do it!!!! Lol if I’ve survived 3 weeks you can your not supposed to smoke for 6 weeks after it affects the oxygen levels in your blood whilst you may think yea I’ve healed enough that is only on the outside healing internally takes an awful lot longer don’t do it save the money Hun xx

    Hey Hun it’s the nicotine content that is the problem no patches e cigs nothing just cold turkey sorry to disappoint you 🙁 I know how hard it is but you just have to believe in yourself and have a lil walk or scream or whatever get it out of your system but you really don’t need a cigarette honestly don’t give in your all strong enough 🙂 good luck ladies xx

    Ok I got told no as they do (I also googled this at the time) but if your surgeon is happy then go for it! Good luck xx

    a lot have in i get mine from a shop that just sell them it’s http://www.eciguk.net the shop is where I live in bury you get a choice of 20mg 16mg 8mg 0mg
