Hi Gail sorry to hear ur in so much pain! I was awful for the first 2 days I had to have an emergency doctor appointment but that’s because I was very sick. My boobs are also very very tight I think it is just the skin stretching and everything settling into place. I’m now day 4 and it’s certainly easing. Almost got full movement back in my arms !! Still stiff across my chest but the feeling of them being so heavy is going. I think the first few days are by far the worst an I was regretting my descision but now I’m feeling lots better, just get lots of sleep & rest and don’t really do anything. Be pampered! It will get easier I promise xx

Just try and relax Hun! Everyone is different. How long ago was your op? I had a burning sensation and still get it at 11 weeks post op! It’s all normal! I had a stretching pain under my arms for a few weeks after my op too! I’m a hairdresser and was bsckvatvworking cutting and blow drying doing everything at 3 weeks post op but was feeling more human at 2 weeks! It’s really not long at all you can do it!!xx

I had overs Hun! The boob pain is bearable it isn’t sore it’s uncomfortable. Mine keep vibrating at the moment which is odd haha!!! It totally depends on ur job, I have took 2 weeks off work and I’m glad cause there is no way I cud imagine going back after 7 days as I’m day 4 now and stil feeling tired and not much energy!!
I think if I hadn’t reacted as badly as I did to the antibiotics I wud be okay. And I had overs Hun xx

Hannah good to hear the pain is easing after 4 days, light at the end of the tunnel. I was the same yesterday thinking I’d made the wrong decision and that some things gone wrong. Thought I was dying yesterday, over dramatic I know but I could feel my heart skipping beats too, that stopped quickly though. When were you back at work? I’m supposed to go back Monday, can’t we it myself unless it eases quick.
Has your sickness gone now? Xx

I was only done yesterday so I know this is to be expected and although I’d anticipated some pain didn’t think it would,d be this bad xx

Not dramatic at all, I too was convinced I was dying and that my body was rejecting my implants! Never been so frightened in my life I was just crying constantly. I’m not back at work until the 24th sept but I have a very high impact job so need all the rest I can get before I go back.you may well be feeling lots better by Monday cause I feel more like me again today at day 4. And the sickness has stopped, I had to get different antibiotics and painkillers which cost me £30 which I wasn’t happy about but it has made me feel so much better that I probably wud have paid about £500 for them haha.
I hope you feel better soon, I understand completely how awful you are feeling. I hated my new boobs the first 2 days cause I was in agony but now I’m starting to like them and appreciate them. Each day gets better 100% even though at the time it doesn’t feel it. Keep fighting girl!!!!! Xxx

Thank god for this forum and all the advice we can give each other. I feel like a right whiner I’m never ever I’ll and don’t cope very well with being immobile. Did you have to go to your own GP for the other antibiotics with you having to pay?
I’m hoping that tomorrow will be a better day. Take care xx

My surgeon was Dr SchIavone . I’m not going to lie , I’m in lots of pain and discomfort but if you read other peoples status we are all affected differently so you may be fine xx

It is horrible and I really did go through days thinking what have I done but by day 9/10 I was pretty much fine and not really in pain just a bit uncomfortable really. My sister said to me about the stretching thing that its kinda like going from not being pregnant to going straight to 9 months so the skin does feel incredibly tight but this will soften down in time. You’ll get there just bare with it and before you know it you’ll feel back to normal xx

I was achy for the first few days but kept topped up with the painkillers so I could cope. I was abit sick on about day 4 though which I think was a mixture of all the medication. The small plasters on the incisions might start irritating you abit too ( i couldnt wait to get them off) and your boobs may feel abit tender like sunburn. Don’t worry it will get better though and all worth it for perfect boobs, I think haha. I’ve got my 6 week check fri and I’m still a lil bit tender now esp in bed for some reason! X

I’m keeping the meds topped up just so still, tight and sore. Can’t even get up off the sofa unaided lol, even pushing the soap dispenser is painful. God I must be such a wuss lol xx

Haha just try and chill. It was horrible getting up at first esp up out of bed. It does ease off though. Yeah the first couple of days it hurt to push things like door handles etc and sometimes I’d forget I’d just had the op then be like ouchhhh lol xx
