Thanks girls as long as its normal. I keep thinking its me because not many people seem to have much pain at all and I can hardly move, have to have help getting out of bed, off the sofa etc. I feel extremely tight, sore, swollen like I’m going to burst, I’m bloated and my whole body keeps itching. Even breathing deeply is hurting, I have to take breaths between words cause talking too much hurts and I can’t laugh. Could I have been stitched too tightly? Xx

It sounds like your skin is just stretching Hun. I couldn’t laugh for the first few days cause it hurt and sneezing, oh my god that wasnt fun!! I still feel stretched more so on the the breast that has had a bigger implant! I doubt very much you have been stitched too tight but if u are worried Hun either ring the clinic tomorrow or the emergency nurse and ask them. But it will just be the implant settling xx

I was just going to say wait till you sneeze, it’s bloody awful. I must sneeze about 10 times a day and it felt like my implants were going to shoot out of my chest!! How many days PO are you Gail?

Yes it’s normal. The nurse told me it was just the skin knitting together. That tape doesn’t help either, i think after a few days it starts irritating your skin. it was the best feeling having it off but I was still tender from it over a week after it was removed. Think everyone’s the same. Nothing to worry over x

gail I cudnt breath and hold long conversations either I was short of breath I used to pull my bra out under my boobs to have a little chat its so frustrating , I had to wake my husband in the middle of the night to push me up out of bed , it gets easier I promise and even just a day or 2 makes a lot of difference ..x x

I don’t want anyone to be in pain or have a hard time but is it wrong for me to say that I’m happy people are feeling, felt the same as I am, it means its all normal. I was beginning to think my body was rejecting them xx

Honestly it’s normal I didn’t want take the tape off but could feel a sharp stinging and was worried I’d ripped them. I phoned the nurse and she told me it was the skin knitting together and is normal. She was right when I had the tape took off they’d healed fine x

Oh Rinaule I’m so glad you’ve told me that because I’ve been thinking if I could have them out I would. I will take comfort in the fact that you are feeling good now though. Xx

I had that thought too on day 5 or 6, think we must all have the same mad moments. And now I’m thinking..next time I think I’ll go bigger. .I can honestly say that the first week I never would have thought I would of ever considered going through that again but like having a baby you soon forget all the horrible bits:)
