    Hiya,
I had the M&S zip front sports bra straight after my op as it was so supportive and good for when your et home recovering… and now I have moved on to the asda bra with a little bit of padding in (as it looks much nicer under clothes) – only £6!! 🙂 xx

I second the asda bra! Got it today. OMG so comfy and love how’s it lower so much better in clothes. I had the macom and loved it however I only wear it at night now. The macoms okay, it’s comfy but I don’t feel totally supported in it like I wouldn’t go to work in it cause it doesn’t feel high impact enough but then the asda one isn’t either. I have the m&s high impacts that I use for work as there really supportive xx

Can I just askk.. Do I need a maximum support one first and then a minimum support one after so long? If that makes sense x

So how long do you need to wear the sports bra for please? I’m just wondering what I’ll wear for work whilst wearing a sports bra!!

I love the pure lime front closure bras. Super comfy, sportive and the front closure makes it easier early post op! x

@siobhan Im wearing the M&S extra high impact sports bra 2 pack I got some more when they has 20% off, if you and get a fitting you can also get a voucher for £5 off of you spend £30 or online its £8 off if you spend £40. I tried the zip up one but for whatever reason my boobs just didnt fit well in them it kind of compressed them so it hurt and the fitter felt it wasnt right for them. I would make good use of the fitters at M&S they are fabulous and I have gone in every week to get rechecked for size and support so that mu boobies are getting properly looked after- I started off in DD bra initially and am now in a D.
    Love Kris
