0pOkkk girlies, i am having my 2nd BA in Dec. I have found it very confusing that when i see pics of girls with 350cc like mine, they are ALOT bigger than mine!! I was very flat chested before hand. I am 5ft9/10 and broad, and my frame swallows 350cc. Most people can not even tell my boobs are any bigger!! However when i see some girls pics of 350s they look very full and big!!! i have noticed that the bigger ur boobs are naturally, then the bigger u look after implants, even with small implants, and maybe is why mine look alot smaller because I was naturally completely flat!!!
I have been advised to go 615-750cc to achieve a full E/EE! These numbers petrify me, but when i take into consideration my size, and i was flat chested, maybe it is necessary! However someody who was already a full D cup, 615-750 would be massive!!!!
Has anyone else got CC advice they could help me on! As ive said the large numbers sound dramatic, but when i take into consideration all the factors, i think it sounds about right!!! My 350’s at the mo measure about D but look like an empty C.
If anyone with similar stats or going for 2nd BA based on disappointment on size cfould help id be SOOO grateful!

0pHi Jennifer. I’m a little taller than you and did have some boob to begin with but was only a b cup so by no means massive. I had 470cc just coming up to 6 weeks ago and as much as I did think they were huge for the first few weeks I definetley think I could of got away with going bigger. Like you say you really can’t tell with clothes on that I’m that much different to before when wearing padded bras. Saying that I’m still in sports bras and they do tend to squish them down a bit. If I could have I think I would’ve been really happy with the 615cc, I did try to push for the 525 but my surgeon advised against going any bigger. I’m not sure having the choice I’d go as big as 750 but it all depends on what look your after. Did you have overs or unders on your first op?? xx

0pThanks for replying! This helps! Alot of the people on here have 300’s but are alot smaller than me. Its nice to hear from someone with similar stats! I tried the 700 and 715’s on and they didnt look massive, however its the number that im concentrating on, which i shouldnt be, and the number scares me!!! With being unhappy with my size 1st time round, its alot of money and i NEED to get it right this time!!!
I was quite suprised that the 750s didnt look as big as i thought when i tried them on, but when ive seen pics of people with them, some look good, some look like porn stars!!!I like glamorous big boobs, but not stupid big, porn star boobs! I had overs 1st time so will be having overs again!
I will get a pic of what they look like now after my 1st op, which was 3 years ago. Maybe feed backoff people with similar stats will help me choose. I might ask to meet my surgeon again to decide for definite! I am definitely going for atleast 615’s, but maybe 700. But then again i tried the 750s and they wasnt massive either! Grr its so hard to choose! I have broad shoulders and hips which is why i think my 350s look so small!!

0pI’m pretty small framed for my height only and 8 on tops, well was until I got these boobs and now can’t quite get into some of my clothes..I think maybe because of my frame he said no to any bigger, I didn’t really ask or push him to go bigger as I was getting myself so worked up that I’d only be offered around the 300 mark that when he said 470 I was just like woohoo ok then. I tried the 525 and it didn’t really look any different and he seemed so sure that 470 would be enough that I went along with it. They defo are a nice size but like you being tall they do seem to appear smaller than some girls on here who have had similar. I wouldn’t have wanted stretch marks so if thats why he wouldn’t let me then I have to agree with him. I had my op on the 23rd Aug so just coming up to 6 weeks, have my check on the 16th then hopefully I can go out and get normal bras, am totally fed up of sports bras now!! Recovery was fine, 1st week awful and I thought I’d never ever go through this again but by week 2 pretty much back to normalish. Good luck and let us know what you decide xx
