Any advice for unders/overs? Started by: rachel250

    Hey, back from seeing the surgeon today an he said I could have either under or over the muscle. I always thought it would have to be under as I’m only an A cup so I don’t really know what to do now! I want them to look natural and be perky and I want to be able to have a cleavage too. I’m not really keen on the idea of having them under only because I don’t like the though of my muscle being tampered with. However I would go under if that was the best option. Surgeon didn’t really say which would be better for me either. So if any girls on here have an opinions as too which would be best, please help 🙂 xxx

    I was told I could be over or under and he will decide when I am in theatre. Im a 34a/b. Xx

    I would of loved to have unders as I was told it holds the implant better prevents sagging but I had to have overs due to having tubular boobs but I love them x

    I’m having mr Singh, 340xhp, it was the second time I saw him today as in my first one he didn’t say what I was having and when I went to see him today he said either. I thought it was wierd too! I think I might have unders because I really don’t feel I have the tissue to get away with overs xx

    So I have a similar situation! All the surgeons I have seen in the past from many different places have said I need unders as I have very little tissue, but seeing mr Traynor confused me as he said he recomends overs because the muscle causes more problems and with me being active if I build and work the muscle once healed it can cause huge problems! Also it will be much easier to get a cleavage and won’t look like separated apples he said. Hope that helps I’m just hoping he’s right lol xx

    Hey girls
    I had unders due to wanting the most natrual look! And theyre getting there only post op 6 days but they look good already… Dont mind me blowong my own trumpet! But also he said i didnt have enough tissue to go ontop so sort of lucky i knew i already wanted unders xxx

    I had unders as I was told if I had overs IDE be in the future for anther uplift as overs have more chance of dropping so I’ve got something to hold them n place also they stay quite high up x

    I might just ask him on surgery day what he thinks will be best then. I think I’d prefer unders for the look, but will see what he recommends. He said I can decide on surgery day anyway. Damn, choosing boobs is the hardest thig I’ve ever had to do! Sizes, placement etc. I’m even dreaming about it now lol!

    Honestly i couldnt of asked enough questions its a big decision! I went through the whole dream thing, dreamt i woke up looking like dolly parton! Ahahhah crazy! Xxx

    @karla what did he mean by the muscle causing problems if you work out? Ive been recommended unders and my surgeon knows I lift but didnt say there will be a problem. He only aaid dont train chest

    I’m having partials, where they implant has muscle at the top to keep in place and create the natural look!, I have dreams too lol wake up early wanting to research more boobs lol am boob obsessed, I think it’s normal haha xxx

    Even though I have tubular breasts I was recommended unders? is that normal as everyone else who has the same seems to have had overs..

    Overs are fine you get less chance of sagging and they stay high up x

    im the same Rachel, i have no idea whats going to be the best option. I was set on unders becuase i wanted to achieve the more natural look but im not sure it will anymore, im going to trust the suregeon’s opinions as im seeing a few from different companies and go with the majority x
