    Hi Girls!
    Im booked in for next friday with Dr Frait. Im a day case and going to a DD. Just a few questions to ask.. What should I pack for a day case? What size sports bra is best and where is best to get it!? Any tips advice?? What should I wear there and back? Help!

    Hey hun take slippers and dressing gown. I went home in leggings and a zip up hoodie. As for bra u need to go up a inch for swelling strapping ect and get a few cup sizes above below what u want to be. Keep tags as you can take them back once u know what size fits best. Keep them snug! X

    heyy i was a day case aswell i took…
    mags, puzzles, books
    phone and charger,
    sports bra’s (if you have straping dont think you wear sports bra’s till its took off)
    myself lol
    i think that was it i got my sports bra from m&s zip up front, get a size bigger than what you are now for swelling hope this helps xx
