    I washed mine a day af my op with my uplift n implants just be carefull x

    Nurse told me after 7 days it’s fine to shower etc but to still be careful and just pat them dry 🙂 x

    Be carfull not to raise ur elbows. Higher than ur shoulder u can pop implant out its pocket ur ment to wait dor 6 weeks before u put ur elbows higher than ur shoulders and it would be prefable to get someone to you
