Sounds like everything! Although you can’t use anything like the scar gel/bio oil until 6 weeks after your op when the incisions have healed. Good luck hun!

Take somehting to read, listen to and also some cordial. You’ll be thirsty afterwards and a bit of flavour to the water is good. Lip salve, my lips were really dry post op.

    Good luck xxx

Charcoal if to help reduce/prevent bloating whilst on the meds, I’ve read on here that some girls get a swollen belly and they recommended charcoal tablets. I’m very prone to bloating so I’m most likely gonna need them lol! Xx

Thanks trish! I’ll get some of them tomorrow 🙂 xx

Well no one told me to take one and then the nurse looked at me like I was stupid when she asked me where my dressing gown was and I didn’t have one. They leant me one in the end bug caused a little extra unnecessary stress xxx

I totally wouldn’t have though to take one either, I’d have just presumed we would have to wear some sort of hospital one lol! Xx
