Hi I am worried about not doing excersise for 6 weeks! Will I be able to walk the dog? I have lost weight to have my ba and don’t want to put it all back on after. I use a vibrogym, will it be ok to use it after 6 weeks? I dont know if I am having unders or overs until the day. Xx

Hey I didn’t walk my dog for the first week incase he randomly pulled on the lead and it ended up doing something to the pocket holding my implant but after that I’ve been taking my dog out and been fine. First week just don’t do anything if you can.
You’ll have a better recovery long term! X

I was also wondering about walking my pooch. Luckily I have a dog walker come in so my doggy will have to make do with one and not two walks each day for the first week.

I’ve been worried about putting weight on so I’ve just been hitting the gym loads beforehand and then afterwards I’ll be on a strict healthy eating plan. It’ll be worth it to get the body I want.

I walked my dog from day 3 post op and it was fine but my little fluffball is a good walker and doesn’t tend to pull on the lead. Wouldn’t recommend it for bigger, stronger dogs.

Hey hun, I walked my dog after day 5.. I have a huge golden retriever but she’s pretty obidient. If your dog pulls unexpectedly I wouldn’t advise it! I’ve heard some awful stories it’s best to feel 100% up too it to save doing any damage in the future. I think I went way to crazy on post op week 2 with my new boobies out dancing and falling over from too much drinking!! lol x
