Hi girlies, I’m 2 days post op now, ever so sore and stiff, feeling a bit sorry for myself as I can’t move much, getting out of bed on my own is impossible and I’ve pulled all my stomach muscles trying to move about. I know this is all normal and so is the horrible uncomfortable bloating etc. I can wait to start to feel a bit better, when did u feel more able, less drained and generally better? My back is so achey and sore from sleeping in the same spot. Feeling meh. However I do love my new boobs from what I can see with the strapping on. Xxx

My bloating went down after about 3 days hun, make sure you’re drinking loads of water!! By about day 4 I started to feel better in myself but I’m still suffering big time with sleeping and back ache through the night 🙁 x

Thanks Katy. It’s hard to keep drinking water when u feel so full up but I’ll try. Did u take any tablets for bloating? I read something about taking stuff to help but I can’t find the posts now. X

Sorry to hear your not feeling too good hun, the first week is a bit crappy but by Day 5 I started to feel better. I’m still bloated now Day 10 and I’ve been drinking plenty, 2 litres per day.
I started with Arnica tablets for brusing on Tuesday but sooner the better if you can and I read about Agnes Cactus for bloating and breast tenderness so taking them now.
It does get better honest….I had BA and impants btw xxx

On day 3 I took senekot as I hadn’t been to toilet, but tbh they didn’t really help and I was constipated until about day 4 or 5 post op! But that is a side affect of the antibiotics! Other than that I just drank loads! X
