    Hope someone understands what I mean.. I’d like to know if that before your ba your boobs weren’t very close together, then after were they bigger but still far apart or did the ba bring them closer together as more like cleavage? Sorry it doesn’t make much sense but did know how to word it any better x

    I think I get you sweet.. you will still have your Natural shape of your breast because your chest remains the same, breast augmentation gives volume and proportion to your body… If your asking if you want more cleavage well this can be done with surgeon skills how they place implant and implant type, projection all evaluated by what you want really… Note this is my own knowledge of what I’ve researched and advised from surgeons..

    I had a large gap and Mr.Chantarasak placed my left implant further in towards the centre of my rib cage kind of thing to give me a better cleavage 🙂 xx
