Yeah i wanted to know the same! Have mine on friday, im scared im going too need a blood test as i have been anemic in the past! 🙁

I had mine last week .. Took about 30-40 mins .. They take your blood .. Swab you for MRSA .. Weigh you and take your blood pressure .. Then just a load of questions and you can ask any questions too 🙂 .. Xx

I never had a blood test at my pre op! I went to Wimpole Street (London).

It took about an hour but that was becuase my nurse was nice and chatty. She just took my height, weight, took pictures, discussed my medical history, showed me the letter they will send my GP and took the MRSA swabs.

She took my measurements for my garment after lipo too.

@kirsty They don’t take your blood or ask for gp letter unless your surgeon writes it down on your notes after checking your medical history x

Oh i see ok! I hope they dont have too take mine! I hate needles, its the only bit im scared of out of the whole op lol! Thanks for the info 🙂 x

Yea my nurse said i had to have bloods (which i hate doing) as my surgeon Mr Schavoni always asks for bloods but some surgeons dont x
