    How is everybody showering? My scars are healed slightly and I am 6 days post op however I am scared to shower still in case anything gets in them, just wanted to see if everyone has been fine doing this?

    HI Amy 🙂 I would advise getting waterproof dressings from the chemist and covering your inscions when you shower untill around the 6 week mark. Hope that helps! x

    I had a very shallow bath then my mum would lift me out xx

    My nurse told me when I had my strapping of I could shower and use shower gel but don’t lay in a bath with your incision in the water and soak them. Also when getting out the shower dab the scars dry don’t rub them xx
