Hi girls – I’m going in on Friday for vaser lip and am trying to be brave… had a complete melt down recently and wanted to cancel the whole thing, spoke to my PC who was wonderful, very reassuring and offered me people to call who have also had it done. Haven’t called them yet, but am fine now. … I think!! (eeek!)
I had vaser three days ago Hun, add me have put a couple of photos up…honestly it’s nothing to worry about, I had a freak out before, but the sedation they give you is amazing. Which clinic are you going to and who is your surgeon? I had upper/lower abs and flanks, which areas are you having? X

haha. I’m going to Fenchurch with Dr Hamlet. I’ve heard mixed reports about him, some great, some not – but I guess everyone’s different? I just have to trust him.
So wat size.r.u aiming for?I got my consultation and pre op Thursday so I’m hoping I ca go to.a decent size I want an E I’m only about an a/b but I feel iv got the skin to do it.iv had 2 kids 🙂 xxx

I had Alan Kingdom, I had read mixed reviews too, but I think you will get that with anyone. I had 2 1/2 litres out. I’m pleased so far, my stomach is perfectly flat, something I have never had, I recently lost a lot of weight, but my stomach never went…and considering I am still swollen, I am hopeful the end result will be good! X

I’m super excited, and of course nervous, but now just want to get on with it. I’ve taken a week off work and am expecting the worst, so hopefully I’ll find it easier. Really looking forward to the sedation lol! What did you wear to go home in afterwards?
I’m aiming for a dd .450 was the biggest size the surgeon recomened .im 5″4 and 8 stone 10lb .the surgeon will give you a few sizes to choose from but alot of girls say to go for the biggest size .ive had 3 kiddies so plenty of stretch in mine lol xx
No bruising at all, I think that is to do with the compression garment. I’m hoping it only gets better. I wore track suit bottoms and a jumper, I have found it (touch wood) quite easy so far…I remember getting the garment put on and getting off the table, within 15 minutes I had dressed myself and gone home – I got a taxi with my sister but I felt well enough to have got a tube tbh. They had put in some painkillers through the iv line before bringing me round so, I didn’t really feel anything at that point. I got to the clinic just before 11 and was home by half two, I had a two hour procedure. I slept a couple of hours when I got home took some ibuprofen and went to bed. I haven’t taken any of the painkillers they gave me apart from ibuprofen twice a day. I’m walking around and moving fine, the garment is a night are to get on/off, definitely the biggest challenge! It will be here and over before you know it. X
Brilliant, thanks so much Sophie. I hope you go from strength to strength, although having read yours I can’t imagine mine will be that easy. I’m over 50 so maybe will take a bit longer to recover!!! How old are you?
