Hi Jo 🙂 No they don’t all ripple, they do have a higher chance of ripples than the Allergan premium implants hence the price difference but they certainly don’t all ripple! It depends on a few factors, placement of implant, amount of breast tissue before augmentation, weight ect ect. Try not to stress about it and keep yourself relaxed so you can recover properly. Hi Jo, yes that’s true rippling can occur at anytime but wether you have cui or naturelle there is a risk of rippling oviously between the two the naturelle have a less chance of showing visible ripples it doesn’t mean you will not get rippling! if you have thin skin you are at more risk the tissue around the implant is not enough hence the implant starts to wrinkle showing through the skin, fat transfer can always be used to correct this or weightgain but sometimes it’s hard to fix it unless changing the placement which can make it appear better x
