I’m having mr singh he seems to be the best of the best I felt so at ease with him. In some cases if you have tuberous breasts that are constricted they have to score the fat in the base of the breast so that it forms like a cup to hold the implant, it’s all done internally and the crease can be lowered under the breast so that it’s wide and low enough to take the implant and give that rounded look. There are a few more risks involved you can get double bubble (have a read up) I am nervous and wasn’t expecting this but I’m still going ahead and have faith that Mr singh really knows his stuff xxxx

Please stay in touch would love to know how you get on, although I’m still going ahead this is making me very nervous and I would rather he didn’t lower my crease, the scoring seems ok and haven’t heard of any issues regarding this. Please ask if its a necessity to have crease lowered if he suggests it I’d love to know what he says to you. I’m an a cup now and am having 525 overs which I believe would make me a dd or e cup xxx
