i’ve got my op next Friday at Highgate and I live 2 hrs drive away, my husband is taking me up there and planning to stay, Highgate doesn’t allow overnight stayers, is there anywhere he can stay nearby or any alternative?? what have ppl done before? there’s no way he will make 4 trips to north London & back home in 2 days! any help would be much appreciated!! xxx
Hey hun there was a thread yesterday about hotels near high gate (check a few pages back) apparently there’s a holiday inn in golders green and the girl who had answered also gave prices of a night stay and taxi too and from the hospital. I’m also going to high gate from Birmingham but I managed to barter for them to arrange my transport back home as I was in the same situation as you and my husband is a train driver he can’t go to work tired so he’s having to drop me there and leave me x

Hi there is a small hotel not too far which I’ve booked for my husband and its 40 pound a night including breakfast and parking!! It’s a bit early for me to remember the name but will pop a post on here a bit later today, and were both at Highgate on the same day xxx
