I’ve had unders and they are full at the top. I’m only 3 days post op however but told my surgeon I wanted my fullness back so I’m hoping to achieve that look xx

Hi going under the muscle gives a natural slope at the top as the pressure of the muscles pushes it Down and also at same time gives it coverage for thin skin candidates. I personally wouldn’t want to place my implant behind the muscle but personal preference but yes you will get the fullness it wount be overly rounded at the top x goodluck x
